成人学位英语考试词汇学习：由put引导的动词短语
和“get”一样，“put”在英语惯用语中的生命力很强，值得“学而时习之”的短语不少。
● put in an appearance：露脸
“As is often the case, the director will put in an appearance in every office and then leave.”
